Renewal Not Working

When I try to renew my account I get the following message.
It looks like you have an existing Quicken Account associated with your email address.
Please log in here with your existing login to migrate your account.

I am logged into my one and only existing account!!!

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize for any frustration that you have experienced.

    I have taken a look at your Quicken account I see that there are two accounts associated with your phone number. Please ensure that you are using the email associated with your Community account.

    Also, if you are attempting to complete this process in the program, I would recommend attempting to complete this purchase on the website.

    I have changed the phone number on my other account. I have also tried to purchase the renewal on the website multiple times. With no success.

    You haven't included your current information of Quicken you are running.
    Example:

    Windows 10 Pro 32-Bit Build 18362.295
    Quicken 2019 Home & Business R21.16
    USA


    Forget about purchasing Quicken, at the moment.

    Go to: https://www.quicken.com/  Move the mouse over SIGN IN and click My Account

    Enter your Quicken ID, which is your Working Email Address and click password in Blue.

    Next page, enter your Quicken ID / Email Address and click Submit.


    You want to received the Security Code going to your Email Address, and not your Phone.

    Why? Because of the problems you are having.View your Quicken Account in your Browser and not the Quicken Program.

    Once the password is changed, log in and out twice in your Browser.

    To change the password in the program, click Sign in as a different user.
    Type Yes to Confirm Sign Out and click Sign Out.

    Register your Quicken Program again.

    Now use your Browser and sign into your Quicken Account.

    At the top, click Plans and Pricing .
