Have the known downloading issues with USAA and Quicken downloading been resolved?

When trying to download my USAA accounts last week I received the error notice. I followed the directions Quicken gave, received my new Access ID and Pin from USAA, but when I try to connect my two accounts between Quicken and USAA - only one of the two accounts that are offered for connecting is correct. What is shown for my credit card account (the last 4 digits of acct. #) is not correct. Never had the account number as shown. Don't know if what is shown is coming from Quicken or USAA.
Has this downloading/connecting issue been resolved? Does anyone know if I should be contacting USAA help or Quicken help to get the correct account # to show and link? Or has anyone else had this problem and was able to resolve it?

I have the same issue, been going on since February. The Quicken troubleshooting steps work once then you have to delete all the info from Quicken and restart every time you want to SYNC accounts.0
