delete everything start over

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I have totally messed up quicken. I need to just delete all my accounts and start from scratch. Can I do that, and how? I just enter manual transactions and do not use online. When I tried using online, I just ended up with all kinds of duplications.
I have Quicken Starter for Mac, Version 6.1.1 (Build 601.37924.100), using latest update of Big Sur for Mac Pro Laptop. As you can tell, I am not a financial type person. : )
