SEFCU - and One Step Update Summary page

For the past few weeks when doing an all account update, I get downloads BUT there is no notification in the summary that anything new has been added. This is for my checking, savings, and credit card accounts. I have the subscription Quicken and an update was downloaded this week.

Are you talking about the One Step Update SUMMARY page ?
and yet, you are actually receiving downloaded transactions ?I've noticed that the Summary page seems to have some issues when downloading accounts using Dirct Connect & Express Web Connect at the same time -
Everything works, its just that the Summary is incomplete.What is the exact name of the SEFCU that Quicken has in the Account List ?

NYS State Employees FCU. It uses Web connect. I do have USAA which uses Direct connect. Yes, the Summary after the download is complete shows zero items d/l for SEFCU. When that window is closed there is no indicator dot next to the accounts with a new transaction cleared.
Everything has been wonky since 1/1/2021.0 -
