Why is Quicken iOS app (both iphone and ipad) STILL so unusably slow?

This is an old and widespread issue (just google it). The mobile app is unusable. All versions are updated, desktop version is via subscription (on a Mac) so it's also updated. What is the story? When will it be fixed?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    We will need to complete troubleshooting steps to be able to further isolate your issue to determine if it is a known issue. If you have not done so already, I would start by creating a test file.

    To create a test file, please navigate to the desktop version and choose File > New. Once in a new file please add an account to be able to test this file in the mobile app.

    Once this has been completed, please ensure that sync is enabled.

    Finally, please navigate to the mobile app and choose the settings icon to select this new file. Do you still experience slowness in this new dataset?
