Unable to Add Citi

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Something is wrong with Citi. I had a payment set up and it didn't go through as i had to reconnect my account. After several attempts i had to cancel my payment and deleted my account. When i tried to re-enter my account i was unable to connect to my Citi. Please fix this issue.

Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
Also, are you receiving any error code(s) and/or message(s) when trying to add your Citi account(s)? And which connection method are you attempting to connect with (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)?

I'm running R31.12 that said, i do not get any error code, I'm trying tp add a bill for citi and i get a wrong username/password even though i have no problem getting into my account through the web0

@danlapin Thank you for clarifying that you are trying to add Citi Online Biller and I apologize for the misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, this is a known issue with Citi Online biller that has been reported, and we have opened an escalation ticket with our service provider for this issue. While the investigation remains ongoing, please, refer to this open Community Alert for updates.
