    The financial institution does not appear to support Quicken.  I suggest you establish an offline loan account register in Quicken to track the mortgage.

    I believe they might via "Your Mortgage Online".  Quicken supports this entity.  I will let you know

    IF you set up this mortgage (not a HELOC or LOC) for download, you'll lose ALL ability that you would otherwise have to manage the account.  ONLY the downloaded PRINCIPAL ONLY payment will be able to post to the account.
    You'd be better off setting this up as a manual loan, and let Q's "Loan Wizard" calculate the payments and send you reminders when the payments (principal, interest, any escrow, etc) are due to be recorded in Q.
