Getting Invalid Quicken ID or password message

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I just signed up and got an account. I downloaded the software and it's asking me to log in. I enter my ID and password and it's giving me an error. I went ahead and changed my password and still got the error. I also verified the email address and still not able to log in.

I'm on the chat right now and they don't even understand what I am doing. I told the Agent I can log in on my Mac but not my PC. I gave the error and they want me to disconnect the accounts and then change the password. I'm getting the runaround.0 -

having the exact same issue.
I'm able to log into the Quicken website on my mac however unable to login into the Quicken app on my Windows Desktop.0 -
