Getting Invalid Quicken ID or password message

I just signed up and got an account. I downloaded the software and it's asking me to log in. I enter my ID and password and it's giving me an error. I went ahead and changed my password and still got the error. I also verified the email address and still not able to log in.

    I tried to log in from my Surface and can't get in. I am logged in on my Mac.

    I'm on the chat right now and they don't even understand what I am doing. I told the Agent I can log in on my Mac but not my PC. I gave the error and they want me to disconnect the accounts and then change the password. I'm getting the runaround.

    Please clarify WHAT you are logging into ?
    A - are you attempting to log into the Quicken website ?
    B - you have downloaded and installed the Quicken software -
    and it is prompting you to log into the software ?
    C - just for info.....
    what Version & Release of Quicken ...... in Quicken --> Help --> About Quicken

    having the exact same issue.
    I'm able to log into the Quicken website on my mac however unable to login into the Quicken app on my Windows Desktop.
