Is there a list of what financial institutions Quicken can access information from ? I had an old version but stopped using it because it could not access some of the ones I use.

The only completely accurate list is in the FIDIR.txt file that a current installaiton of Quicken has.Since you don't have a current version, provide a list of FIs and we can show you the information in the file. Are you talking about Windows or Mac, the list maybe different?

The companies I am interested in are:
Fidelity
NetBenefits.Fidelity (not the same above)
Computershare
Commonwealth Financial Network
and also
Bank of America
Avidia Bank
Citizens Bank
Thanks. I might suggest they publish that list though, as I would hate to buy the product and then find out the companies I use are not supported.

Fidelity, BankOfAmerica - definitely
There are numerous Citizen Banks, so maybe.
I read of users having trouble with NetBenefits, but I can't confirm.

Could not find Computershare or Commonwealth Financial Network.
Quicken.com has a 30 day refund policy, you could buy it, try it and get a refund if it doesn't handle enough of your FIs.-splasher using Q continuously since 1996

One thing that hasn't been stated is if you intend to use Windows or Mac, and if this is for the US or Canada. The list is different when you take these into consideration.Signature:

BTW for Quicken Windows US, I checked the local list against this online list and the online one was one version back (new is 16158, old 16157)

It is interesting that they updated a zzz- entry, since zzz- means that they have obsoleted that entry and it shouldn't be used.Signature:

I went thru the list you sent me a link to. I found Fidelity, NetBenefits, Avidia, BOA and my Citizens. Commonwealth is actually under Investor360, so Computershare is the only one that won't work. There are links to Computershare, but they are not the right ones. So looks like this might work.
