Mortgage Reflecting Payoff Date 2/27/21

Why is Quicken reflecting the mortgage is paid off when it's reflecting the next due date is 3/15/21 and mortgage statement still reflects a balance? Also though Online Biller reflects scheduled payment for 3/8. I have screen prints is needed.

Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you convert the mortgage to an offline loan: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7164936/faq-how-do-i-convert-a-loan-account-that-automatically-downloads-transactions-to-a-manual-entry-sc  Otherwise, I suggest you contact Quicken Support.
