Until the Online Balance is retrieved properly, do not reconcile using the Online Balance. If you're using the Express Web Connect connection method, I suggest you report the issue to Quicken Support. Otherwise, contact the financial institution.

Never had this happened before and now it happens across all my accounts. Quicken just downloaded transactions and then does an auto-reconcile and says there is nothing cleared. Sound like a bug.

I'm curious about something. Are you using both automatic transaction entry mode and automatic reconcile mode?
