Hello @TLN
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering if it might be a mix of the mobile sync and also it being messed up for a while. I would recommend first trying to reload a backup where the memorized payee list loads correctly. From there we can turn off the mobile sync which ideally won't give us any issues anymore. I'll leave steps down below.

When loading a backup I would recommend making a new copy rather than overwriting your existing one as well.
Once ones been found where your list is working correctly go ahead and go across the top to edit > preferences > mobile & web > sync off.Once you've had a chance to try this let us know how it goes! If you're still having issues we'll take another look.
Thanks,
Quicken Francisco
Thank you for the response and the additional details, although I apologize that the trouble continues to persist.
One thing that may cause this behavior is the location of the data file. Do you store the active data file in a cloud or network drive?
The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
Thank you,
