Can't conect to BSI Financial for mortgage

BSI Financial comes up right away when I try to add account. I enter id and password and can't connect. Says it encountered an error that's not my fault.

and trying again later might correct that.  If it doesn't come up in a day or two you might want to connect to Quicken support to see if they can figure out the problem.
