OSU Issues: 10 minutes to update

Recently, (3/8/2021) I've been frustrated with OSU taking up to 10 minutes to complete. The problem seems to be where the "enhanced cloud service" is involved. My bank (BMO Harris) is apparently routed through this service. The other accounts quickly update as usual, but all the BMO accounts seem to hang. Eventually (after 10 minutes) the OSU completes -- but I do not see any activity downloaded in the BMO accounts.

Has anyone else see this behavior? Suggested workarounds?

Paul
