I want to print out a report of my checking account showing payments, deposits and balances for the past 30 days. I can't seem to get a report to show the payments, deposits and balances.
Thank you

Click the gearwheel in the upper right hand corner of the register then More reports and select Register Report.  Customize the report for the period you're interested in.  All that information is there.  If you want a different format then exporting the report to Excel would be the way to do that.

The report will only shows amounts. It can't be customized to show payments, deposits and balances that I can see.

Did you try clicking on the gear at the top right of the report? On the Display tab you can choose which columns to show.

If the columns don't look right, try clicking the Reset Columns button

Also if you want a report that looks like the register and includes a running balance, open the register then and hit Ctrl-P or go to File > Print [account name]

I reset the columns button but it doesn't list payments, deposits or balances.
I went to file>print, account name and it worked like a charm.
    Thank you
