Why can't I add Edward Jones?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I've been trying to add Edward Jones for about 3 weeks now. I always get "sorry, we encountered an error. (Not your fault.)

Edward Jones requires that you have the ability to download to Quicken turned on , so you need to call the EJ tech support to make sure that it is "turned on".Have you done that?

EJ, along with US Bank and probably others, require this so that they can turn on the billing for this service. This billing, which varies by Financial Institution, goes to the bank/broker/etc and NOT to Quicken/Intuit.
