Unable to Add Citi Brokrage Accounts

I am a new Quicken Premier user and have connected QP with all my financial accounts. However, it will not find my 2 Citi brokerage accounts, only the 2 cash accounts I have with them, whatever I do. Help!0

We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.
Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
When accessing your brokerage accounts online; do you use the same or different login credentials than your cash accounts? Also, could you please provide the URL web address you sign into online to access your Citi brokerage accounts?
