CC-505 error with Citi Visa

Encountered CC-505 error with Citi Visa Card this morning; had no problem yesterday. Tried account reset with "We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)" error. Now an Activate OSU window pops up after clicking on the red error icon.

    Can you please navigate to Help > Report a Problem to report this issue and please include the logs so that I may review the issue further.

    I suspect that this issue is related to the ongoing alert, here, but would like to verify. Please let me know once this has been sent.

    I went to do a screen capture for the Problem Report and went through the OSU setup and it successfully completed. All transactions were downloaded. Must have been a temporary glitch.
