How can I update back to June 1, 2018

Much more info needed in order to assist you.
Did you just recently begin using QWeb?  If so, that initial transfer from your desktop product only goes back a few months ... it doesn't upload all of the data in your desktop product.
Did you previously have date on the web that was newer than 6/1/18?  OR, why is that particular date significant?
And, I assume that you have data in your desktop Q product that's more recent than 6/1/18.  Is that a correct assumption?

ask your question, nothing is coming through on my computer?

You rejected my prior reply ... so how can it not be coming thru?
And, "body is required" means that you need to post some sort of reply ... you can't just send a blank box as a reply.

As the other FAQ link and discussion implies -
it is totally up to the bank concerning how much data they make avail for download.  Its just a fluke that the 3 months or 90 days might put you back to the beginning of 2021 - and thus making it look like a YTD download.
