Citibank Costco Account

It stopped downloading and updating account a week or so ago...all other accounts working. Called bank they can't fix it. Can you help?

    Most likely you are using Quicken Connect which isn’t working for a lot of financial institutions right now.
    I would suggest switching to Direct Connect, which is working for me with no problems.
    Direct Connect is a much more reliable connection method than Quicken Connect.

    Hi Chris,
    Worked with he bank vis text and didn't solve it. I am on Mac 11..2.3 with Safari. Seems you are on Windows. Not sure how to do Direct connect in Quicken for a Mac. Instructions? Also have read on Quicken site there is a problem with Citibank and Citibank is aware and working on it.

    You are right I'm on Windows and don't know the details for how to switch on Quicken Mac so you will have to wait for a Mac person to answer that on this thread.  I did a quick search since I'm sure it has been asked and answer many times before, but didn't find it.  But I wanted to reply because I realize that you have to also authorize this on the Citi Cards site.
    BTW please note that you need to use the financial institution name of Citi Cards, not Citibank.

    On the Citi Cards website hove over the Profile icon and select More Settings, and then Manage Desktop Apps.
    From there you can authorized Quicken access.
