Any chance Quicken will be adding One Finance to their list of banks to download transactions? Since Simple bank closed, this is the bank they are recommending.

Quicken doesn't decide which banks to include; banks decide whether to support Quicken or not. I'm not familiar with One finance, but if they're not included not, the best best is to contact the bank and urge them to support Quicken. If enough Quicken users do so, perhaps they'll decide to sign on.

No bank, or other financial institution, is added to "the list" until that company signs the contract with Q/Intuit to become a "Participating Financial Institution".
As @jacobs recommended, bug One Finance to sign the contract.
