Yesterday I added to my credit union login the requirement to text me a code

After I did that, Quicken can't download and when I try to update the account there is an endless window that says "Getting RXXXX Credit Union - New requirements
Do I have to turn off that text-me-a-code security feature?

    First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Quicken > About Quicken

    Before resorting to turning off the text verification setting, first, could you please try deactivating and reactivating the account(s) experiencing this issue?

    First, save a backup of your data file (just in case). Then, please follow the instructions found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, please follow the instructions found in this support article to reactivate.
