Check Pay Payees in Register

I cannot delete two different Check Pay entries in my register. After trying everything, I called Premium Support and did screen share. They couldn't delete them, either. Finally, one support tech said this is an ongoing issue and that I am not the only one. If that accruate?

Also could you specify what troubleshooting you did as well. If you could get us a screenshot of what they look like to see what exactly might be causing the issue.
