Why is Quicken suddenly not able to reconcile my Wells Fargo Bank accounts?

Next, describe what you're doing and what the problem is. Are you reconciling to an online balance or a statement balance? What is the discrepancy? Did you reconcile the previous month successfully? Hi @Bscull50 . Please provide some additional information:
- What types of accounts?
- What is your connection method? Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Web Connect? (You can quickly get this information from Account List or the Online Services tab of Account Details.)
- How do you reconcile? To bank statements? To the online balance? Do you have your accounts set up to automatically reconcile after OSU to the online balance?
- Exactly what is it that you are seeing when you try to reconcile? (A picture can be worth a thousand words. If you can take a picture of what you see and save the file, then you can click and drag it to your reply before posting it.)
- How long has this issue been occurring?
- There was an issue last month in which some users might have gotten duplicate transactions downloaded into their accounts. Please review the registers for those accounts for last month to see if you have any duplicate transactions in them. If you find an duplicate transactions, delete one of each duplicate while retaining the other. then try reconciling, again.
