Fifth Third - Incorrect Online Balance

    With my Fifth Third checking quicken 32.12 shows zero online balance regardless of what the actual online balance is (e.g. - looking at the online account). For me this problem started very recently - looks like it has been around in different forms for others for awhile. Quicken is not operating correctly here - has nothing to do with pending transactions.

    At this time I would recommend contacting support directly for advanced troubleshooting steps. 
     

    Quicken Care has the tools to review the logs and escalate the issue if necessary.
