My Sears Mastercard has stopped updating.

I tried to Update Login and Reset Connection. This is the choice:
Sears Credit Card - Now Citi
This URL for Sears credit card is wrong: https://www.citibank.com/us/cards/srs/index.jsp
Error
Page Not Found 404

This is the URL I use to get to Sears Card:
https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/RSnextgen/svc/launch/index.action?siteId=SEARS#signon
How do I get the Quicken program to offer this?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize in the issue you're having. That is odd I'm wondering where exactly the issue is. I believe in this case it might help trying to see on a test file if we have a similar issue. This will give us a better idea of where exactly the issue is. You can do so by following the steps listed. File > New > start from scratch > default categories > don't sync to mobile and web. From here try adding your account and see if you have a similar error.

Once you get the chance let us know what you're able to find out. From there we'll see what we're able to do next.

Have you tried Citi Cards as the Financial Institution Name when trying to add or activate your credit card? That seems to work best with most Citi bank cards.

The Citi Cards (Citi.com) FI does not work with the Sears MC (I have one).  I have tried many times to link that card to my Citi.com online account but it doesn't allow it.  Sears MC has a unique citiretailservices website.

Comments from a QW guy so I don't know how much of this is applicable to QM:

The FIDIR list controls which URL Quicken will use to connect to the FI. Here is what is in the QW FIDIR list for the Sears Cards.

Note the URL in italics is wrong.  That used to be the correct URL a couple of years ago but then a unique citiretailiservices URL was set up for it and today that citibank.com URL cannot be used to access Sears Cards at all. It is still (wrongly) shown in Quicken as being the URL link for Sears Cards but that is not the link that Quicken uses for OSU.

What Quicken uses for OSU is the second URL shown and that is the correct URL.

I do not have a current QM FIDIR list file so I do not know if it includes the correct URL or not.  But that would be the first place I check to see what is shown there.  If it does have the correct URL shown there, then the problem is not with the URL but with something else.

(FWIW - I also have a Sears MC and have not been experiencing any OSU issues with it.)

Thanks @jacobs .  Looks like QM has more options for Sears credit cards than does QW.

@rcraigy , you might want to try these other 3 Sears setup links to see if one of them works.  At least all 3 of them have citiretailservices.citibankonline.com URLs so that's promising.
