OL-304-A Error on American Express Card Transaction Download

The above error started this morning. The canned Quicken Help answers of "If you've not yet applied for online services" and "If your account has been closed" are, of course, nonsense. This account downloaded fine yesterday, the account has not been closed, and I was able to log in to my account on the AmEx web site without problem.

Ideas?
