Is it possible to import banks download in QB format into Quicken?

my bank will download a file in QBooks format. It is possible to convert this into a Quicken-readable file? or do I need to export in Excel and do it manually?

If
the bank is supported by Quicken Mac, then it needs to provide downloads in QFX format, or offer online connectivity. You won't be able to import transactions from an Excel file. What is the bank?

Banks, etc, also download into QB using a .QFX file. So, it's not apparent what you're asking.
