Quicken not downloading any stock prices - "Sorry can't download anything right now"

I have Quicken Deluxe, version R32.12, build 27.1.32.12, and have not been able to download/update any stock prices for the last 5 days. All I get when I click on the 'update' circle icon in the toolbar is a message about sorry can't download anything right now, try again in 10 minutes and nothing else, not the normal window asking if I want to update and or upgrade. System update going on? Software upgrade in the works?
