This appears to be for Windows. Apologies for not clarifying but I'm on Mac.

@jhaygood  I don't know if it will solve the problem, but you can do what was suggested int that FAQ, even though it showed Quicken Windows. That is, you can Sign Out on the Quicken menu, then sign back in using your Quicken ID and password.
