Unfortunately, Quicken for Mac does not currently offer business features the way that Quicken for Windows - Home & Business does. Therefore, I'd like to refer you to this active Idea post regarding this topic instead which is currently marked as Under Consideration. 

If you would like to see this feature be added in the future, you can go ahead and add your vote to it, and you can also go ahead and bookmark the thread by clicking the bookmark icon on the top-right corner if you would like to be notified of updates on this feature as they become available. Our Development and Product teams frequently use our idea posts in order to improve Quicken and implement new features requested by customers.

However, you do have the option to add attachments such as receipts. Please, refer to this Help Article for more information and instructions.
