PNC cc-502 online banking error with Web Connect

PNC downloads of credit card accounts are not able to update correctly. The cc-502 error is returned. This has been going on for months. If I reenable the accounts, the updates work for a short time.

    Hi @oldssd,

    I am assuming that you are using "Express Web Connect" rather than "Web Connect" and I've seen other recent posts of users having issues with PNC downloads using EWC.  Have you considered changing the connection method to "Direct Connect"?  PNC offers this connection method without any fees and it is much more reliable than EWC.  I would suggest that you signup for Direct Connect with PNC, you can probably do it online.

    I use direct connect for checking accounts. When I do the setup for credit cards, it directs to Web Connect. The error message does not say EWC. I will try to connect as suggested.

    CC- Error messages are for Express Web Connect.  OL- "mostly" for Direct Connect.  Express Web Connect sometimes will return an OL- error message, but Direct Connect will never return a CC- error message.
