Merging separated QDF files
Ted_S
I have Windows 10 Quicken. I separated the large file that had data for many years and created the "New Year" file for 2021. I now have the 2020 and prior years file, and the current 2021 file. I have a need to rejoin or combine these two QDF files into the one larger file, like it was before the split. I would appreciate any ideas. I've not been able to find anything on how to do this.
Thanks,
Ted

You are only talking about 4+ months of data, this FAQ might be the solution:
FAQ - Download old transactions
Just start with the old file and bring it up to date.

For the non-investment registers, you should be able to export and import a QXF file. For the investment registers, I suggest you export and import a QIF file.

Thank you. That might be the most expedient thing for me to do, given it's not a lot of data to deal with.
