Quicken won't let me add my PayPal Account

Trying to link my PayPal Account. Keep getting the same error message, which seems to direct me to my PP account - but there's nothing wrong with my PP account.

Could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

Also, could you please provide the exact error message you are receiving? And is there an error code associated with that error message that you could provide us with here as well, please?
