Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time.

For several weeks I have been unable to download anything from the update file.

I keep getting a message as follows:
"Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes, then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience."

What can I do to eliminate this problem?

    You might want to try Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts to sign out > when prompted sign in again using your current Quicken ID and PW > try running OSU.
    Did this resolve your issue?  If not, there are a few other things you can try.
