E*Trade Bank - CC-503

I too have a case#8507272 for E*Trade Bank. A month later, I tried adding two more accounts. I was able to add one but not the other, getting the same error code: CC-503. I've done all the troubleshooting mentioned both in the community board and hours with support. By what I have observed, this is not a bank problem. This is a Quicken problem. Please address this and give proper support and in a timelier manner to resolve this issue.0
