Why is my register only showing EFT transactions?

The register only shows EFT transactions and does not display any other type of transactions.

If you haven’t already, you may want to verify there aren’t any unexpected filters being applied: open the register and select Reset.

Can you please capture an image of the account register (column header lines plus a few transactions) showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
