I want to UPGRADE from the Starter subscription to the Deluxe subscription.

I am using the Starter subscription on my MacBook Air and want to upgrade to the Deluxe subscription, but the option to do that in "Manage subscription" is not working.

    Assuming that you are following the instructions in https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-manage-my-quicken-subscription section "Upgrade" ... please explain "not working" in more detail.

    OTOH, it might be best if you were to contact  Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation
    They can walk you through the upgrade process.

    The option to upgrade to either Deluxe or Premier has a circle with a line through it. When I click on the Upgrade nothing happens.

    I did follow the instructions on how to Upgrade to a different version. Would it make a difference if I am on a subscription version?
