Thank you for the response and additional details. I have taken a look at your Quicken account and I see that auto-renew has been enabled.
This means that the renewal will take care of itself and you will not need to worry about ordering directly from the website.

You haven't posted whether you are USA or Canada!
If you can't, then wait 30 days after Membership expires. And Buy as a New Customer for a lower price at a Retailer.
