cannot renew my subscription

When I enter my renewal information it will not accept my zip code

    Thank you for the response and additional details. I have taken a look at your Quicken account and I see that auto-renew has been enabled.

    This means that the renewal will take care of itself and you will not need to worry about ordering directly from the website.
