Write (properly, Print) checks? Yes, all products, Mac & Win. But they MUST be "Q compatible" checks ... not something that you pickup up anywhere, or blank paper.
Send money? Maybe, depends upon your bank and the specific Q product.

Send money digitally? No, but it can cause a system at your financial institution or the third party vendor that Quicken has contracted with to send it.
