Why have I lost the ability of make irregular payments to loans?

I have loans that I can pay whatever I want. They are not straight amortized loans. I can even borrow additional money on those loans. Why can I not post principle and interest to my loans any more? This is very frustrating.

Did you set the loan up for downloading?  If so, you have NO control over the loan except what is updated due to a download.

Also, what type of loan is this ... because it sounds like a HELOC or LOC rather than a traditional Loan account.
How do you have it setup in Q?
