Import CSV or Excel file to establish bank account

My bank - Collins Credit Union, Cedar Rapids, IA, does not link to Quicken (anymore). My only option is to download a CSV file. How do I import this into Quicken? I don't see this in the Import File menu.

I'd look at ImportQIF by QuicknPerlWiz, I use it for my BJs Comenity card. ( http://www.quicknperlwiz.com )

    edit: fixed url

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

It may be the parenthesis that are causing the 404
