BofA transactions not downloading

Just this month, I am getting an error message when I try to download my transactions from Bank of America accounts. Can you help?

Could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
Also, which connection method are you using to connect with Bank of America (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And could you please provide the exact error message you are receiving as well as the error code associated with the message (if applicable)?
