I was using a PC now I purchased a MAC How do I get to my account after I have signed in

If you're referring to your data, it is not stored in the cloud. Even if you use the mobile app or web interface online, you can't use that to create a file on the Mac. You need your Quicken Windows data file on the Mac, so Quicken Mac can convert it to work with the Mac program. (Just so you know: this is a one-way trip; the files aren't interchangeable and you can't go back.)

Have you installed QMac?  And, by "my account" do you actually mean your data in Q?Your request isn't clear.
