Multiple Step Upgrade

Have 2009version. Need to upgrade to 2013 first. Keep getting error code 1935. Do I need to buy upgrade first? Does 'Contact Support' work? Cannot get connected to it. Thanks

What version of Windows are you using to install Q 2013?
Error 1935 is a Windows error. See
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install-winpc/error-1935-during-3rd-party-installation-on/a7885f3c-88f0-4c0a-86ac-8dfccbc02220
for a possible answer.
If you still have an old computer with Windows 8.1 or older, perform the Q 2013 installation on it, then backup the converted file to USB, transfer the USB stick to your new computer and restore your file into Q Subscription (2021).
