When is Quicken going to fix the problem with Quicken not Reconciling transactions on my accounts?

: :s Why doesn't Quicken fix the problem with Quicken not Reconciling transactions posting from my bank accounts, they show "C" Cleared but the error message says nothing is Cleared to Reconcile.

Maybe this helps explain things ...If, after that, you still have problems, how about you capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken reconcile window and the transaction register showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
Which transactions are included in a Reconcile?
Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

I think Quicken only cares about getting the annual membership fee and don't really care if it works right or not?!?!?!-1
