quicken will not download one of my bank accounts but does other from same bank.Also can sign into bank website with same credentials

We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.
First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
To clarify; are you trying to add the account in question to Quicken, or do you already have it set up and it's not downloading new transactions? Also, could you please specify what the account type is (e.g.: checking, savings, etc)? And last, could you please provide the name of the financial institution as well as which connection method you are using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)?
