Bank of America not downloading into Quicken

I spent hours 2 weeks ago deactivating and reactivating my B of A accounts to get them to download into quicken. Then today SAME PROBLEM: B of A will not download into quicken. All other accounts will. This continual problem makes quicken useless as I have many accounts at B of A and cannot get information from them into quicken.

    nope; I have 5 bank accounts and two credit cards at BofA- have absolutely NO PROBLEM downloading from BofA to Quicken.... and my file is over 20 years old. 

    Using Deluxe - current version R33.24

    First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, which connection method are you using to connect with Bank of America (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when running a One Step Update that you can provide us with here, please?
