Bank of America accounts not updating

When performing an update, my Bank of America accounts are not updating even though I can see new transaction via the BOFA website.
This has been happening for at least a week. I tried Resetting the account which results in problems with Quicken logging into BofA (says password is wrong). After entering login credentials it then gives an error and says to retry later.
After repeated attempts to re-link the account it eventually allows me to finish re-setting up the online banking. Sometimes this will result in some transactions being downloaded, but the last few times I did this it did not download new transactions.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
Also, which connection method are you using to connect with Bank of America (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?

When I do the update I am not receiving any error codes or messages. It just acts like it worked as expected but does not retrieve the new transaction data.

It looks like this may have resolved itself, it did update correctly for the first time since the 9th today. I will follow up tomorrow to see if it updates correctly again.0
