I used to be able to download my Ca ScholarShare529 account to Quicken but it's not working anymore. How do I add the account back?

First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
To clarify; are you trying to add this account to Quicken, or do you already have this account set up in Quicken and are now trying to (re-)establish an online connection to download transaction data and history? Also, could you please provide the exact and full name of the financial institution this account is associated with (if different from "Ca ScholarShare529")?
